What is iCheck-in?  
iCheck-in is THAI online check-in which gives you more convenient online check-in for both domestic and international THAI flights departing from the following destinations:
Station in Thailand
Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Khon Kaen, Krabi,
Mae Hong Son, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phitsanulok,
Surat Thani, Trang, Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani

How do I use this service?  

You must be a Royal Orchid Plus member or THAI eCustomer and use your personal membership number and PIN to access to iCheck-in.

You need to have a confirmed reservation with no more than 4 passengers including yourself in that reservation. The reservation code must be ROYAL or AMADEUS.

It is necessary to know your reservation code or PNR to use iCheck-in.

Is there any time limit for iCheck-in?  
Yes, the iCheck-in is available from 24 hours up to 2 hours before flight schedule departure time.

What tickets can be used for iCheck-in?  
All ticket types, both paper and electronic.

Can I check-in for my companions?  
Yes, if your companions are in the same reservation code as yours and the total number of passengers does not exceed 4.

Are there any restrictions when special needs are required?  

iCheck-in cannot be used for those requiring special needs such as wheelchairs, medical attention or children traveling alone. No problem for special meal if you have requested at reservations.

Can I change my assigned seat at iCheck-in?  
Yes, and you can also change your seat on connecting THAI flights, which will be automatically through checked-in for you if the flights are in the same reservation code.

What if a connecting flight does not display at iCheck-in?  

For technical reasons some connecting flights may not display. Airport check-in staff will be pleased to assist you with connecting check-in and seating changes.

What is Royal Orchid Plus / FFP edit?  

The Review Check-in page features a button which allows you to navigate the page where you can add or correct your Royal Orchid Plus or Star Alliance frequent flyer program membership number to ensure automatic mileage tracking for yourself or others in the same reservation code.

After I finish iCheck-in can I make additional changes?  

After the Review Check-in page has been confirmed additional changes to seating, FFP numbers or any other flight changes cannot be made. Airport check-in staff will be pleased to assist you.

What about my boarding pass and baggage?  
At airport check-in staff will provide your boarding pass, and check-in any baggage you may have.

What is the latest time to check-in at the airport?  

In Thailand, one hour before international departures and 45 minutes for domestic departures.

At airports abroad, check-in times vary, but generally no later than 1 hour prior to departure.

What happens if I check-in late?  
Your assigned seating may be released for other passengers.

What documents do I need for check-in?  
Your ticket or itinerary receipt, assigned seat number, photo identification or passport, visas if required. For tickets purchased by telephone or the Internet, the credit card used for ticket purchase or tax payments must be presented at check-in counter.
